We are an external personnel service for various companies.

Our main activity is divided into the following groups:

• Personnel department: We carry out services in the tehnical-administrative-personel field (contact, resolutions, decisions, all employment contracts and other necessary documents, regulation of relations with state bodies and authorities, preparation of necessary documentation, visas, permits, etc.).
• We are preparing everything for the payment of salaries: all procedures and necessary documents and provide in harmonized forms. We prepare documents for banks, tax authorities, etc. Also all documents required for entering in the books of the accounting department.
• We prepare drafts of internal regulations in the labor law area (rules on the organization and systemization, job descriptions, rules on salaries, rules on labor relations, etc.). We follow the regulations, draw attention on the changes, prepare new solutions, etc.
• We prepare employment procedures: We advertise, make selection, conduct interviews, suggest candidates. Advertisements can be in you or our name.
• We employ by projects: we employ a co-worker and send him/her to work with you for a definite period of time.
• In co-operation with a contractual law firm, we manage and regulate all other legal procedures in personnel field.
